I grew up in Orange County, California and received a soccer scholarship to San Diego State University. I graduated SDSU and continued my education at National University. There, I earned my teaching credential and my Master's degree in cross-cultural education. I earned my administration credential in March 2015. I have been teaching at O'Farrell since September 2002.
My husband, Matt, and I have 3 young children, Ryland (8), Ashley (6), and Emily (4). I love being a teacher. I also love being a mom and wife. Our family enjoys going to the beach, playing soccer, camping in the desert, swimming in heated pools and just hanging out. I am modeling a healthy lifestyle for my family which includes going to the gym everyday. This year I moved out of the classroom and into the main office.
