If you have a concern that you would like to see addressed, please follow the steps listed below:
 
The O'Farrell Elementary School Procedures
  1. Contact your student's homebase teacher.
  2. If following this conversation, you have further concerns, please contact the elementary school principal, Anne Mathews.
  3. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact the Director of Operations.
The O'Farrell Middle School Procedures
 
 For matters related to the classroom:
 
    1. Contact your student's homebase teacher.
    2. If the problem is still not solved, please contact the grade level team leader.
    3. If following this conversation, you have further concerns, please contact the middle
        school principal, Jill Andersen.
    4. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact the Director of Operations.
 
For matters related to student behavior or discipline procedures:
 
    1. Contact your student's homebase teacher.
    2. If the problem is still not solved, please contact the Dean of Students.
    3. If following this conversation, you have further concerns, please contact the middle
        school principal, Jill Andersen.
    4. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact the Director of Operations.

  1. Contact your student's homebase teacher.
  2. If following this conversation, you have further concerns, please contact high school principal, Brian Rainey.
  3. If the problem is still not resolved, contact the superintendent.*

*If you have exhausted all of the above avenues, see the Director of Operations to submit a complaint form to the superintendent.
