About Me
Welcome to a new school year! I am Ms. Tang and I will be your child's 6th/7th grade math teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and I also have an endorsement in teaching Middle School Mathematics from Loyola University Chicago. I have taught middle school for the past 9 years in the state of Illinois. This is my first year living in the San Diego area and I am extremely thrilled to be here. During my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and swimming. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year and I hope you are as well. My goal for this year is to help students improve and excel in math as we work to master the concepts and skills of the Common Core State Standards. We will work hard, learn a great deal of things from each other and have fun too.
