Course Description
This course is designed to provide students with the language functions and skills needed to fully participate in English language instruction. Through interactive participation, students will continue to build cognitive academic language proficiency in all four skill areas: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The goal of this class is to prepare students to be reclassified as Fluent English Proficient.
