Introduction to Spanish (8th grade) (Period 7(B))

Introduction to Spanish is a course designed to meet the needs of students beginning to learn a foreign language.  Emphasis is on communicating by using the four major language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.  Using thematic vocabulary, we will learn the present tense of verbs.  In addition to these skills, students will explore the many facets of Hispanic culture and heritage.
