7th Grade Physical Education (Period 4A)

Exercise and Health Science is an integral part of the total education program at O’Farrell. Our program is based on the premise that the quality and productivity of each individual’s life can be enhanced through participation in a comprehensive, sequential program that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

O’Farrell’s Physical Education course has been designed following the California Physical Education Framework. State mandated “Fitnessgram” testing will be administered in the spring of 2019.
