Advanced English 9 (Period 2B)

The ninth grade English curriculum has been designed to increase students’ intellectual ability in connection with the Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts and Literacy, and to ensure college and career readiness. The five categories of focus are reading literature, reading informational texts, writing, speaking, and listening. 

We will be using the online curriculum StudySync this school year. If we are able to return to the classroom, we will still continue using StudySync. We will also be utilizing Google Classroom as a platform for supplemental online assignments.
