About Me

Hello,my name is Kayla Smith. I am very excited for the 2023- 2024 school year here at O'Farrell Charter School. I will be teaching 6th Grade English and Computers. I will also be teaching 6th Grade Home Base.

 

I am a San Diego resident and have lived in San Diego County most of my life. I went to CSU Channel Islands for my Bachelors degree in Sociology. I have also attended National University for my Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis on technology integration.  

 

When I am not teaching I love to spend time with my family and my 3 dogs. I enjoy traveling and hope to travel internationally at least once a year. 

 

I am very excited to begin my fifth year here at O'Farrell Middle School and I look forward to meeting everyone!
