Thank you for choosing The O’Farrell High School. As the principal I have the privilege of leading the very best group of teachers and students you’ll find at any educational institution.
I grew up in San Diego a few miles from O'Farrell and left only to serve in the United States Army where I was a forward observer. I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Science from San Diego State University and my Masters of Education and Administration Credential from Concordia University. I taught middle school history, high school world history, and AP world history.
I have four children including one that is a current student at O'Farrell. For 15 years I have worked at O’Farrell, and for 15 years I have loved my job. I have taught middle and high school and was chosen as one of America’s Outstanding Teachers in 2006 by the National Honor Society. Last year our high school was recognized by U.S. News and World Reports as one of the Best High Schools in the United States. We are an AVID National Demonstration School and an NCUST award winning school.
I enjoy reading, softball, football, kickball, running, playing guitar, and playing board games. My greatest adventure has been leading the high school and graduating three classes of Falcons!
Feel free to contact me at any time. Go Falcons!
