Welcome to Kindergarten!

Hello, and welcome to Year Two Kindergarten!

 

I am Miss Shannon Dailey. I am so excited to be your child’s year Two Kindergarten teacher this 2021-2022 school year.

 

This year I will start my 20th year as an elementary school teacher and LOVING it as much as I did my 1st:)

This is my 8th year at the fabulous O’Farrell Charter School.

I started my career teaching first grade in the Compton/Los Angeles area. I then moved to the east coast to be closer to my family where I taught for 6 years in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. I am happy to be back in beautiful  Southern California where my teaching career began!

 

I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and received my CLAD teaching credential from California State University Fullerton.

 

In my spare time I like to travel east to visit family, read, take small weekend trips and spend time with my wonderful friends.

I am looking forward to a great year with your children, filled with exploring, learning, and growing.
