I'm excited to be one of the High School Biology teachers for the 2018-2019 school year! I was born and raised here in the Paradise Hills neighborhood in San Diego. I then went to the University of California, Irvine for my Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Education where I also received my teaching credentials. I have taught in schools in the Orange County area as well as here in San Diego, and this year will be my second year here. I'm really honored to be here and proud to call myself an O'Farrell teacher.
In addition to biology, this year I will be teaching Anatomy and Physiology, and Drawing. Both are new classes to O'Farrell, so I will be excited to journey through this adventure together with my students.
When I'm not in my classroom, I enjoy playing with my puppy Ella, and doing puzzles or playing board games. I also like to travel and go on road trips whenever possible. Next on the trip list: Scotland!
I'm easiest to contact through email: firstname.lastname@example.org,
or if you like please stop by my classroom, room 6010. Here's to a wonderful school year!
If you would like to look at any of the syllabi for my classes, please feel free to do so!
