Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! Whether your family is continuing a long-held tradition with us at our O’Farrell campuses or taking advantage of the personalized, flexible learning model at Ingenuity, we are honored to partner with you in your child’s education.

As we begin this new school year, our administrative leadership team has come together with a clear, shared vision. While each of our school sites serves distinct grade levels and unique learning needs, we are united under one overarching promise: to ensure every student feels safe, valued, challenged, and fully supported from their first day of school to graduation day.

Our Core Priorities for 2026–2027

This school year, our organizational goals focus on five key pillars designed to help your child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally:

School Safety, Belonging & Positive Culture

Your child’s physical safety and emotional well-being are our top priorities.

• Campus Safety: We are continuously strengthening our campus security measures and emergency response protocols.
• Positive Culture: Through positive behavior systems and restorative practices, we are building welcoming environments where every student feels a deep sense of belonging.
• Well-Being: We continue to invest heavily in student mental health initiatives, counseling support, and socio-emotional learning resources.

Comprehensive Support for Every Learner (MTSS)

We know that every student learns differently. Through our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), we provide tailored academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional interventions as soon as a student needs extra help.  Our goal is to ensure no child falls through the cracks.

Academic Excellence & Tailored Learning

We are dedicated to providing high-quality instruction across all grade spans:

• O’Farrell Campuses: AVID principles and high-leverage learning strategies remain our signature foundation, teaching students critical thinking, organization, and college-and-career readiness habits from the primary grades through high school.
• Ingenuity: We offer flexible learning pathways tailored to individual student needs, maintaining high academic standards and personalized support.
• Inclusive Classrooms: Across all programs, we provide specialized language and learning accommodations to ensure our Multilingual Learners and Special Education students have full access to rigorous learning.

Measuring What Matters: Individual Student Growth

Rather than relying solely on single test scores, we measure success through continuous growth. We monitor student progress regularly to celebrate achievements, keep students on track for the next grade level and graduation, and quickly offer extra assistance when needed.

Backed by Dedicated Resources

Our organizational strategy is fully supported by our 2026–2027 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). These funds directly resource our classroom materials, instructional resources, enrichment opportunities, counseling services, safety measures, expanded learning programs, and family engagement events.

Active Family & Community Partnerships

You are our most important partner in your child's success. We are committed to maintaining open communication and creating meaningful opportunities for families to engage. We invite you to join us throughout the year for family empowerment workshops, school events, and advisory meetings.

When schools and families work together, students achieve incredible things. We encourage you to stay connected with your child's teachers, attend school events, and reach out whenever you have questions or ideas.
