About Me

Hi, my name is Daniel Thomas and I am a 6th / 7th grade history teacher.

I grew up in Palmdale, Ca, which is about an hour northeast of Los Angeles. I moved to San Diego in 2011 to attend school at San Diego State University, where I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Social Science in 2014 and my teaching credential in 2022. Prior to becoming a teacher I worked in San Diego's hospitality industry, where I met many amazing people from around the world, and learned lots of cool and interesting facts about our city. This will be my 4th year teaching and coaching (Track & Field) at the O'Farrell Charter School. I like learning interesting facts about history, hiking, Marvel Movies, and exploring the world with my wife and our 2 children.
