Mr. Hill Biography

Hello and welcome! 

 

I am Evan Hill, an 8th year History teacher and I'm coming into year 5 at O'Farrell. I graduated with a Bachelors of the Arts in History and a minor in Philosophy from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2015 at the young age of 20. I then completed my credential program and student teaching through Cal Poly and Atascadero Middle School. Afterwards, I got my first job in Santa Maria, an agricultural town just south of San Luis Obispo in Santa Barbara county. I then decided to come back home to my hometown of San Diego and began working in La Jolla at Muirlands Middle School. Soon after, I joined the O'Farrell team and have loved becoming a part of this amazing community!

 

I am really looking forward to a great year this year at O'Farrell and I am excited to get to know everyone in the community. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, comments, and concerns.
