Boys & Girls Track and Field
If you are interested in joining the 2022 Track team, you are in. All we ask as your coaches is that you commit to the program, that you give us your best, and that you contribute to building something great that will remain even after you graduate. Despite of all the different events that we have, we are one team. We warm up together, do core together and win or loose together. We don’t have sprinters, distance or field athletes. We just have one Falcon team and we would love for you to be a part of it.
The 2020 track season was canceled due to COVID-19. But we will be back stronger and better next spring. Stay tuned to learn about our Track winter program before the season. Stay fit and ready to compete. Below is a list of items/info you need to have to be a part the Track and Field team:
- Physical packet: Mandatory for all athletes at the beginning of the season.
- Athletes should bring a large amount of water to stay hydrated.
- Be dressed in running attire and running shoes for each practice. Running shoes are a must in order to prevent injury.
Practice: Meet at the Track.
- Winter Track: TBD
- During season: Monday-Friday: 3:30-5:30, Saturday practices are for varsity athletes and voluntary for junior varsity.
*Note: Varsity athletes finish when we are completely done with practice...not at a specific time.
*Note: JV may finish before posted completion time. Please work out a contact schedule with your athlete so they can let you know when they are finished with practice.
